These terms apply to Jewel Muse! and its related services, provided by DIRICHLETGRID PTE. LTD. under the Jewel Muse / VertexMuse brand. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. Using the game
You may use Jewel Muse! for personal entertainment, subject to applicable law and store requirements. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree for you. Do not cheat, disrupt the service, bypass security, or use it unlawfully.
2. Content and purchases
Our software, artwork and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may share gameplay and completed pictures using the app’s sharing features. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying game assets. Optional purchases and refunds are handled under the relevant app store’s terms and applicable consumer law.
3. Optional sharing and third-party services
Connecting TikTok or another external service is optional. Posting requires your confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the content, audience and any required commercial disclosure. The external platform’s terms also apply. You may disconnect your account; disconnecting does not remove posts already published.
4. Challenges and rewards
Optional promotions follow the rules displayed in the app, including eligibility, required actions, verification and claim instructions. A share attempt alone does not establish eligibility. Test activity does not earn real rewards. These promotions are operated by us, not sponsored or administered by TikTok, Apple or Google.
5. Availability and your rights
We may update features or restrict access for abuse or security reasons. Service may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy, updates and contact
